Learn how to make up an entire sitcom episode on the spot! In this one-time workshop during the Green Mountain Comedy Festival, ImprovBoston teacher/performer Will Luera will teach you the “Sitcom” format. Using the well-known “Harold” format as the backbone, Sitcom presents an improvised television show to your audience.
Through a series of fun exercises, the cast learns how to present Sitcom-esque scenarios and characters and even how to improvise commercials and the jingle. First developed in Chicago in the early 90’s by Dan Goldstein, Sitcom came to Boston in 1998; learn it from Boston’s original Sitcom director, Will Luera!
Note: Will can also be seen performing on the GMCF with Specter Improv on Friday!
